While I have been in England, the last 3+ weeks I have had the opportunity to experience many "firsts". Im bored right now so i thought i would just put some down...and put a few more pictures with this blog for you all to see:)
- Last night at my homestay we ate Lamb and Brussel Sprouts. I have never had both before...they were yummy!
- Today I smelt fresh cut grass for the first time in JANUARY! They have to mow lawn all year round here!
- I am of LEGAL drinking age here and have enjoyed many good nights out at the pubs while here.
- I have gone to Scotland
- And on Satruday i will see the North Sea for the first time when i go to the beach! It will probably be COLD...but i am very excited!
Hope everyone is well back home! SEND ME MAIL!!!! I love getting it! I'm off to get ready for "Monday Club". Sierra, Alexis and i are taking our note cards to study over a pint of beer or glass of wine! (One of the pictures above is of last week @ monday club)

Oh, a cultural observation i find funny and cute is that all the boys end their TXT messages with "x" now, is that the "hug" or the "kiss"?

I'm pretty jealous of the fact that you are sniffing fresh cut grass.
The "x" is the hug. cuz it's like arms corssing. the "o" is the kiss cuz it's kinda like a round mouth thinger for a really awkward kiss.
